Hotel Brookmere & Arbor Spa

Hotel Brookmere was an absolute dream for our wedding, and we could not be more grateful for the incredible team that made it all happen! From start to finish, every single staff member we worked with showed such genuine love, kindness, and dedication to making sure our wedding was the very best it could be. Every detail was handled with care and precision, and every request—big or small—was met with a smile and an enthusiastic “yes.” The staff went above and beyond at every turn, creating an atmosphere that felt warm, joyful, and truly special. Their commitment to excellence was felt throughout the entire weekend, and it allowed us (and our families) to fully relax and soak in every moment. Our guests could not stop raving about their experience, and we heard over and over again how incredible Hotel Brookmere was for them. We are beyond thrilled with our choice and would wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Brookmere to anyone looking for a venue filled with heart, professionalism, and pure magic.

We have family in Saratoga and always choose this hotel when we visit. It is consistently cozy, spotless, and very well-priced. The location is excellent, and the hospitality is incredibly kind. We happened to visit during the holidays and loved the beautiful decorations—it made the stay feel extra special. Having stayed at a handful of local hotels, this is by far the nicest in terms of being modern, new, and spacious

My husband and I stayed in the Saratoga Suite which was just gorgeous. The fireplace and little extras made our stay so comfortable and it felt like home away from home. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. It was evident their mission was to give the guest the best experience possible. I highly recommend staying at the Brookemere in Saratoga!

This place is sexy, stylish and very professional. While I cannot speak to the spa services, I found our hotel room perfect for a Valentine’s Day get away from the city. The nature around the property was gorgeous and serene. Staff were incredible and generous. I am so glad to have found this location.

Hotel Brookmere was a wonderful place for a weekend getaway with the wife. The room was gorgeous, quiet and incredibly comfortable. The front desk was super helpful and friendly. They gave us great recommendations for local activities and restaurants, and were very accommodating when we needed more towels - i think we waited 3 minutes before there was knock at our door and someone had our new towels. ' The Arbour Spa was delightful, and while they were all booked for massages, we were able to book a couples facial - and it was delightful. The Regent restaurant was very good as well. The elk was lean and flavorful, the drinks were original and tasty, but the standout was the french onion soup. It was duck consomme based and used raclette as opposed to gruyere as the cheese. Incredible!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Brookmere. The ambiance, the rooms, the staff, the service, the food, all were absolutely top notch. The rooms are spacious and just stunning. The Brookmere is pet friendly and so accommodating to bring your pup. There is no doubt that we will be back. We came for a family wedding and just loved it so much. Just a beautiful, magical place.

We stayed overnight in a king spa room and had a couples massage. From the moment we walked in to the beautiful lobby and fireplace, we felt welcomed! Jennifer and then Christy made us feel at home. Their kind and helpful demeanor was lovely. I can’t rave enough about my spa experience! Linda was my therapist and Barbara was my husband’s. We left there completely refreshed. We get massages whenever we are traveling and this one was exceptional. Maddy in the restaurant was a great server and the food excellent. We enjoyed it so much we are returning in August. Room has been booked!
